Most of us have experienced the sense of wellbeing that can come from spending time in ‘nature’. We know intuitively that time amongst plant/wildlife and in open spaces is good for us, and the research is also clear on this. Ecotherapy is about spending time in natural environments in a particular way, that deepens our connection with nature and ourselves, maximising the benefits we derive from our time outdoors.
These ‘mindfulness in nature’ workshops will take you through some simple exercises as a group and individually to deepen your appreciation of the natural world and increase your sense of connection and presence.

Where & when?
The walks take place approximately fortnightly in either Primrose Hill or Regent’s Park (see precise locations below). See the right-hand side of this page for the next walk dates and times.
Walks cost £12, payable in cash on the day. You can buy an ‘All You Can Eat’ Ecotherapy 3-month pass for £39 – either via paypal at the top of this page, or in cash or cheque at an ecotherapy session.
What to wear!
The walks will take place whatever the weather, as we are here to embrace whatever nature has to teach us in the moment. Please dress accordingly! There will be lots of being still and some sitting down, so warm clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty are essential, and if it has rained recently, full waterproofs are recommended.

PRIMROSE HILL WALKS
Nearest tube stations are Chalk Farm (less than 10 mins walk; Northern line – Edgware branch), Swiss Cottage (15 mins walk; Jubilee Line) and Camden (20 mins walk; Northern line – both branches).The walks start at the top of Oppidans Road, where it meets Primrose Hill Road.
Meet outside the coffee hut in Regent’s Park. It’s on The Broadwalk, where it meets Chester Road. Nearest tube stations are Great Portland Street (Hammersmith & City/Circle/Metropolitan lines), Regent’s Park (Bakerloo line) and Warren Street (Northern and Victoria lines) – all under 10 mins walk away.
